Professional Bio
Angelo B. Cole is the Parking Enforcement Supervisor at the State University of New York at Brockport and serves with a deep commitment to team development, process innovation, and the pursuit of effective and efficient solutions. Prior and for nearly a decade, Angelo had the pleasure of serving his community in traffic rules education, by-law enforcement, traffic violation management, and parking and transportation for the City of Cape Town’s Traffic Services. He then served as the State Commissioner / Provincial Coordinator of the Western Cape, South Africa, at Working on Fire. Which enabled him to work alongside international wildland firefighting organizations, such as the fires in Alberta, Canada and various other countries. His management approach is characterized by clarity: he relies on data-driven decisions that benefit customers, empowers his team to perform at their best and without hindrances, formulates sensible solutions to enhance processes, and ensures that respect is afforded to all. Angelo has participated in a variety of projects, with key accomplishments including the analysis of data to elevate team productivity, collating team handbooks to foster autonomy, increasing morale, and building trust.
