Amanda B. Clappsy is Owner/ Principal of CC3 Consulting, LLC., a full service, WBE construction consulting firm that offers an array of services to both Owners and GCs.

Amanda’s experience as an executive in Construction Management for nearly 30 years, includes an impressive listing of signature projects, executed for premier clients in a variety of market sectors, taking projects from concept to reality. As a Project Executive , Amanda was successful in opening multiple new business units and overseeing their growth from inception , which included, the mentoring of team members, financial management, business development, contract negotiation, and strategic planning, in addition to the continual attention to ensure projects were being managed to the highest standards.

Amanda believes that every project requires strong communication, collaboration and constant risk analysis/ management, on all fronts and approaches each accordingly. Her well rounded industry experience, intuitive foresight, and diverse skillsets lend to proactive planning and effective solutions that benefit all partners on the project.

Known for her attention to detail, Amanda has been instrumental in assisting many organization to build and implement procedures, protocols and trainings that facilitate change towards streamlining efficiency, cost, reporting, as well as the mitigation of risk.

Amanda started her career on site, at a time when not many women were represented on the builders side and therefore takes her responsibility to mentor, aid, and champion towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

CC3 Consulting, LLC offers Owners representation to select clientele for project management. CC3 also offers GC/CM services to aid with RFP Support, Preconstruction Services, Extension of Staffing, Project Auditing/ Forensics, DEI Outreach and Support, Risk Management and Protocol/ Procedure evaluation/Implementation / training.
