Alyssa is an accomplished mobility and parking leader with more than 15 years of experience shaping parking, curbside, and access‑management strategies across municipal and private sectors. She currently serves as the Parking Enterprise Manager for the City of Colorado Springs, overseeing 5,500 on‑ and off‑street paid parking spaces, an $11M budget, enforcement operations, and a team dedicated to operational excellence.Previously, she led curbside and parking operations for the City & County of Denver, managing a $5M annual operating and capital maintenance budget, generating more than $20M in on‑street and off‑street facilities. Directing teams responsible for planning, permitting, operations, and facility management. During her tenure, she implemented Denver’s first mobile payment system, delivered large‑scale meter replacements, advanced PARCS modernization, and launched data‑driven curbside strategies aligned with long‑term mobility goals.
Her career is grounded in her urban planning education and early work expanding sustainable mobility through growing a carshare organization in Denver.
