Adrian Mandreanu is a results-driven global sales and business development leader with over 20 years of experience driving multimillion-dollar growth and building high-value partnerships across Healthcare, OEM, Parking & Transportation, and Manufacturing sectors. As Director of Business Development at Orikan USA, he leads U.S. expansion initiatives focused on smart mobility, enforcement, and payment solutions that redefine operational efficiency for municipalities, universities, and private operators.
Throughout his career, Adrian has demonstrated a rare ability to bridge commercial strategy with operational execution—translating complex market challenges into measurable growth. He has successfully developed go-to-market frameworks, negotiated enterprise-level contracts, and cultivated OEM, GPO, and municipal relationships that deliver sustainable revenue and market share expansion.
Previously, Adrian founded AM Consulting, advising C-suite executives on channel strategy, RFP optimization, and cross-border market entry across healthcare and parking verticals. He has also held senior leadership roles at SIVA Group and Print Media, where he scaled revenues from under $1M to over $10M through data-driven sales strategies and operational innovation.
An active industry voice, Adrian served as Director-at-Large for the Florida Parking and Transportation Association (FPTA) and as Chairperson of the South Florida Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee, mentoring emerging businesses on procurement and growth strategy.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is fluent in English and Romanian. He continues to champion innovation, partnership, and purpose-driven growth across every sector he touches.
