I possess a comprehensive portfolio encompassing end-to-end project management, with expertise in Infra, MEP, Testing & Commissioning, architectural, civil, and interior fit-out works. I am currently working as the Lead Project Manager, responsible for overseeing project progress, contract administration, handover procedures, and contract closure. I am actively managing cross-disciplinary coordination to resolve outstanding design issues in both architectural and MEP domains, ensuring seamless project delivery.
I have Developed strong managerial and technical acumen essential for navigating the challenges of fast-paced, complex projects across the MENA region. I have proven ability to make informed decisions, manage critical project information, implement strategic initiatives, build and lead high-performing teams, and apply sound professional judgment consistently contributing to successful project outcomes.
I have led the successful handover of several prestigious projects including the 5th (WTC, KAFD) and 12th (Riyadh Bank, KAFD) tallest building in KSA.
I am a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and I have also received the certification for a special program from Wharton Business School.
