Richard Easley, CAPP, is just completing his first term on the IPMI Board of Directors, Co-Chairs the IPMI Planning, Design and Construction Committee and is the past Chair of both the IPMI Technology Committee and the IPMI ITS/Parking Task Force. He has 38 years of experience in the provision of multi-modal transportation consulting services in 34 states and 25 countries worldwide. In addition to consulting in transportation and parking, he serves on the Board of Directors of ITS Canada (the first non-Canadian Board member ever elected), the Board of ITS Maryland and serves in a Board advisory capacity with the National Society of Professional Engineers. He served in association leadership roles in the Institute of Transportation Engineers and ITS America. He has also served as chairperson of committees, and subcommittees of various state, national, and international transportation/ mobility associations and has conducted transportation workshops or presentations throughout the U.S., Asia, and Europe.

Mr. Easley has been an international leader in promoting the integration of parking with mobility to audiences worldwide for 29 years. His multimodal transportation project work experience in 34 states and 25 countries combined with his 29 years of various national and international association strategic leadership accomplishments allow him to help IPMI members get exposure to innovative solutions to transportation challenges from across the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia - from major cities to small and remote towns and villages. This experience also drives his passion for incorporating diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) into solutions that can benefit vocal and unheard stakeholders alike. Bringing those solutions and experiences to the IPMI organization and membership continues to be Mr. Easley's number one priority.
