Professional Bio
Mr. Easley has been an international leader in promoting the integration of parking with mobility to audiences worldwide for 29 years. His multimodal transportation project work experience in 34 states and 25 countries combined with his 29 years of various national and international association strategic leadership accomplishments allow him to help IPMI members get exposure to innovative solutions to transportation challenges from across the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia - from major cities to small and remote towns and villages. This experience also drives his passion for incorporating diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) into solutions that can benefit vocal and unheard stakeholders alike. Bringing those solutions and experiences to the IPMI organization and membership continues to be Mr. Easley's number one priority.

Volunteer Work
Lead mission trip teams to areas depressed by poverty. Mission trip team sites have included numerous trips to the countries of Liberia (West Africa), Haiti, and Honduras (Central America). "To whom much is given, much is expected." Luke 12:48
