Richard B. Easley, CAPP

Richard Easley, CAPP is a member of IPMI’s Board of Directors. At E-Squared Engineering, Richard’s work includes ITS, commercial vehicle operations, electronic payment systems, transit systems, parking, toll systems, traveler info, and intermodal freight. He is the past co-chair of the IPMI Intelligent Transportation Systems Parking Task Force; past chair of the IPMI Technology Committee; currently serves on the Mobility Task Force; and sits on the National Society of Professional Engineers board-appointed DE&I Advisory Committee.
