Lisa Ferrell Copeland, PTMP

Lisa Copeland joined ODU’s Transportation & Parking Services team early in 2020 and was recently promoted to Associate Director for Data & Administration. As an accomplished accountant and parking professional with highly valued experience, she has more than 20 years of success and expertise in governmental accounting, specifically Parking Funds, and 24+ years in the parking industry.

Lisa is a proud alumna of Old Dominion University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, which complements her role with Transportation & Parking Services. Lisa’s primary responsibility is to establish and maintain a balanced budget for the department.

Lisa was appointed to the Customer Advisory Board for Offstreet in 2025 and to the MAPTA Board of Directors in 2026. Lisa holds the Parking, Transportation & Mobility Professional (PTMP), Accredited Parking Organization Site Reviewer, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified University Financial Manager (CUFM) certifications.
