Gary A. Means, PTMP

Gary Means, PTMP serves as a member of the IPMI Board of Directors and as past-chair on the Executive Committee. Locally, he serves on several boards/committees including the Downtown Lexington Partnership, and Town Branch Park Partners. Gary has worked in the parking industry for more than 30 years in both the public and private sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting from Eastern Kentucky University.
