He serves as the Treasurer of the Parking and Transportation Association of Georgia (PTAG), is a Board Member of the Campus Parking and Transportation Association (CPTA), and is an active member of the International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI), the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS), the Mid-South Transportation and Parking Association (MSTPA), the Carolinas Parking and Mobility Association (CPMA), the Florida Parking and Transportation Association (FPTA), North Point Community Church, serves as Assistant Cubmaster and Webelos Den Leader for Cub Scout Pack 1429 and as Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 1459.
Brett is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he studied Business Administration and is jointly credentialed by the University of Virginia and the International Parking and Mobility Institute as a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP).
