Professional Bio

I am a believer in the mission of IPMI and have an extensive history of service within the parking and transportation industry. As an APO Site Reviewer, I have helped numerous organizations achieve APO and APO with Distinction status and I am proud to have served on the APO Board since 2019. In addition, I have volunteered with IMPI for many years, helping to teach CAPP and continuing education classes and I regularly volunteer at the Annual Conference. Furthermore, I have served as the Treasurer for the Parking and Transportation Association of Georgia (PTAG) since 2011, recently helping to facilitate the merger into the Mid-South Transportation & Parking Association (MSTPA) where I currently serve as a Director on the Board. Finally, I serve on the Campus Parking and Transportation Association (CPTA) Board, hold CAPP certification, and am a Certified Parksmart Advisor.

My tenure in the industry began in 2003 with Edwards & Neff, a full-service civil engineering firm, where I served as an analyst for their studies group. From there, I was hired by Walker Consultants in 2007 (thanks Victor!), a leading provider of parking planning, design, engineering, and restoration, where I led Business Development efforts throughout the Southeast. Since 2009, I have worked for SP+ (thanks Jason, Roamy, Casey, Don, and Chris!). At SP+, North America’s foremost provider of parking and transportation management, event logistics, and technology solutions, I have grown into my current role of Vice President, Healthcare and University Services and currently serve as a national resource in these markets. A graduate of the University of Georgia, I live in Alpharetta, Georgia with my beautiful wife, three children, two dogs, a fish, and a bearded dragon and also serve as Assistant Scoutmaster for Scouts BSA Troop 1459.

I have had the privilege of working with and standing on the shoulders of giants and I am excited for this opportunity to continue giving back.
