Technology Trends in Parking and Mobility

About the Course:
The trends included in this course include transition to networked equipment, cloud-based software, interacting remotely with customers, access of information, the development of new payment technologies, and the dangers of cybercrime. This course intends to educate anyone interested in learning about new and emerging technology in the parking and mobility industry. This course is a choose your path course. All four modules and the assessment must be completed before access to the course certificate is provided.  You must score 70% or greater on the end of course assessment to claim CEU’s.  

In this course, learn how to:

• Explain how Parking and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS) benefit from new technologies and services.
• Identify emerging technologies in the parking and mobility industry.
• Describe how key technologies improve operational efficiencies and customer service.
• Recognize and predict ways to defend your organization against cyberattacks.

Course Credits: 2 CAPP Points and .02 CEUs
