About the course: This self-paced reading activity highlights how the Parksmart Standard, SITES, and the LEED v4.1 Standard are complimentary. This course will provide an overview of future-forward sustainability initiatives and programs during planning, design, construction, and renovation and enhancements to parking assets. Parking is often seen as counterproductive when it comes to sustainability, however there are plenty of ways to make parking design and operations more sustainable. This course will cover strategies from LEED V4.1, Parkmart, and SITES.
