IPMI’s Lessons In Leadership – A Moderated Panel Discussion with Industry Leaders

Level: Foundational/basic course.

This facilitated panel will discuss the leadership experiences of three distinguished industry professionals and their personal journeys to the leadership roles they fulfill today.  Our panel will discuss their experiences, share lessons learned and provide advice to new and seasoned leaders alike.  The overarching goal of this session is to leverage the panel’s deep leadership experience by providing an in-depth, candid, and informative session that will serve to continue perhaps the most important dialogue and learning topic of our time. 

In this course, learn how to:

• Discuss common challenges of new leaders and identify specific, concrete ways in which these challenges can be overcome.
• Explore the concepts of authenticity and vulnerability and the important role these play today in servant leadership.
• Identify and discuss contemporary leadership challenges and how seasoned leaders are overcoming these challenges.
