Since the start of my career at the University of Kansas, I have managed all aspects of municipal parking operations in numerous cities, including Ann Arbor, Montgomery County Maryland, Tampa Florida, Baltimore County Maryland, and Lincoln Nebraska. During the past three decades I have led, or been part of, the project teams for the construction of nine new parking garages and the complete restoration of three others.
