Construction sustainability professional with 28 years of experience focusing on preconstruction and early adoption of sustainable principles during the design phase of the project. Ray works with clients to find ways to achieve their sustainable goals within the confines of their budget, schedule, and project boundaries. The most unique aspect of his work is that he is tasked with helping the team achieve the most cost-effective approach for their aesthetic, programmatic, and sustainability goals on a project. Ray is an member of the USGBC NJ Chapter, former member of the LEED M+R Technical Advisory Group, a ProReviewer, a member of the WELL Materials Advisory, and Chair of the NJ Market Leadership Advisory Board. Ray is also a licensed PE in New Jersey and holds the following credentials: LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, SITES AP, Fitwel Amb., JUST Communities AP, Parksmart Advisor, LFA, TRUE Advisor, ActiveScore AP, & ModeScore AP
