Gerald J. Kettler has over 40 years of management and professional level experience in the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation of physical facilities. He is a licensed professional engineer in nine states and certified in many specialties including commissioning, test and balance and environmental management. He has performed commissioning authority and other USGBC LEED administration functions for over 300 LEED projects and is a LEED Fellow. Mr. Kettler has worked for a variety of architectural, engineering consulting, construction, testing and management companies. He has been active on many ASHRAE and other organization committees that develop industry wide guidelines, codes and standards. He has served as chair of the ASHRAE SSPC 300 committee on Commissioning and the ICC Guideline 4 committee developing commissioning instructions for building officials.
