RFP: Parking System
Purdue University has launched a single-stage public procurement process to solicit proposals from qualified and interested teams to serve as the strategic manager and operations partner for Purdue’s Parking System. Through this procurement, Purdue wishes to assess potential benefits that a qualified partner could bring to the University’s parking operation, including:
• World-class operational and asset management expertise
• Leveraging private sector expertise for strategic and financial discipline
• Enabling Purdue to transfer risk while retaining certain controls
• Capability to finance investments, if desired by the University
• Key Performance Indicator-based (“KPI”) contracting
• Potential to incorporate transit / mobility into the future strategy.
