RFP: Parking & Mobility Consultant
The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms with proven expertise in campus mobility, parking management, and transportation demand management (TDM) to develop a comprehensive Parking and Mobility Master Plan.
MUSC’s Charleston campus faces increasing restrictions on available parking due to ongoing growth in clinical, research, and educational activities. The University aims to shift its campus culture away from dependence on personal vehicles toward a sustainable, technology-driven, and multimodal transportation future.
This plan will serve as a five to ten-year strategic roadmap, offering actionable recommendations, implementation priorities, and policy frameworks to guide MUSC’s investments and decisions related to parking, transportation, and mobility.
