RFP: Parking and Ground Transportation Security Study
Ground Transportation & Parking (GTP) at The Calgary Airport Authority, in collaboration with Security and IT, is initiating a study to create a comprehensive, long-term security strategy for all public and employee parking facilities. The consultant will develop a detailed assessment and strategy that delivers a holistic understanding of current risks and vulnerabilities, a prioritized and costed list of security upgrades, a phased and prioritized implementation plan aligned with capital planning cycles, recommendations that incorporate technology, physical infrastructure, and customer safety best practices. The study will inform a 5+ year capital roadmap and align with YYC’s 10 Year Plan.
