RFP: Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) Equipment

The Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority (“FCCFA”) is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing a best-in-class PARCS solution allowing the FCCFA to take full advantage of current technologies and be scalable to enable current third-party integrations continue to operate seamlessly with the selected PARCS. The selected firm will provide all design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services necessary to ensure continuous operation and integration of the PARCS. The FCCFA is seeking firms who have extensive experience in providing services and equipment similar to those described in this request for proposals (“RFP”).
