RFP: Parking Management and Enforcement Services

The City of Bend, Oregon requests proposals to provide parking management and enforcement services for the City of Bend Parking System. The City of Bend Parking System currently includes the Downtown Parking District, McKay Park Area, and the Old Bend Neighborhood Parking Benefit District. Additional parking district areas and the necessary equipment shall be incorporated into the scope of work during the term of the awarded contract.
