John is a hotel management and parking operations professional. John has over 22 years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, commercial, transportation, parking equipment and technology, right of way enforcement, valet and event parking services, operations audits as well as general parking operations. John has been the lead player for various projects and teams in multiple states. John was instrumental in the implementation of healthcare patient ambassadors and expansion of training and services for several healthcare facilities. As the director of parking operations, he was critical in the management of numerous parking garages, lots, and full-service hotel valet and event operations as well as new install or upgrades for parking technology. John has also lead teams in municipalities in right of way enforcement and compliance. His strength in team operations, attention to detail, and problem solving enable him to manage and coordinate diverse projects.
