Jarrett McDonald is a respected thought leader in the mobility sector, recognized for his transformative impact on industry practices through innovative insights and strategic leadership. With over 22 years of experience, he has consistently delivered choice, speed, and ease to customers. His distinguished background as a senior leader in aviation at Toronto Pearson, Canada’s largest international airport, paved the way for his role at the Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) in 2021.
In his current role at the TPA, Jarrett oversees a diverse portfolio that includes on-street and off-street parking, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and Toronto Bike Share. He is passionate about simplifying complex problems and assembling great teams to create unique customer solutions. Under his leadership, TPA continues to advance its commitment to innovative and customer-centric mobility solutions.
Jarrett holds an MBA from the prestigious Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. In addition to his professional achievements, he serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve, demonstrating his dedication to leadership and public service.
