A city and regional planner with 15 years' experience in the public and private sectors, Justin is dedicated to improving community livability by applying best practices in transportation planning and urban design with a focus on creating safe, economically productive, multi-modal streets and mobility options. |

Jodi Hart, CPA, CFE, PTMP, is the Deputy Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Pittsburgh Parking Authority. She oversees all the financial operations and contracts of the Authority. She also works closely with the Executive Director on the day-to-day operations to achieve the Authority’s visions and goals. |
