About Our Moderators

		Angel Diaz, CAPP, embarked on his career in the parking industry in 1993 as a meter collector. With over three decades of experience, he has held the position of Director of Operations at the Miami Parking Authority since May 2016. In his capacity, Angel oversees a workforce of more than 160 employees. His purview extends to the Authority's expansive on-street and off-street parking portfolio, encompassing five garages, 60 lots, and an impressive 45,000 parking spaces. Angel is the president of the Florida Parking and Transportation Association.
		Mary Catherine Snyder is a Parking Strategist with the Seattle Department of Transportation. Over the last 25 years, she has worked on a variety of curbside policy, programs, and technology projects. She manages a team of planners working to settle curbside access priority, develop an urban goods strategy, manage neighborhood parking and access planning, and run the performance-based parking pricing program. She has an undergrad degree in Government from Cornell University and master's degrees in Urban Planning and Transportation Planning from the University of Washington.
