Irma Henderson is the Director of Transportation Services at the University of California Riverside where she oversees parking, transportation, and fleet operations.  With over 20 years of experience in the mobility industry, Irma develops and promotes innovative, environmentally sound, and resourceful transportation options for the future grown and education of the university community.  She is an active member and participant in regional and national industry associations and conferences advocating, supporting, and encouraging mobility.  She has achieved the CAPP designation and is a current member of the IPMI CAPP Certification Board.
