Program Description

Every professional journey faces roadblocks, some external, others internal. Fear of failure, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome can quietly limit growth, while competing priorities or lack of visibility can stall progress. The key to advancing your career lies in recognizing these challenges and developing the strategies to overcome them.

Learn how to bridge the gap between potential and performance through targeted career-coaching techniques.  Gain clarity through self-assessment, deep reflection, and values alignment; apply strategy through goal setting, action planning, and accountability; and embrace empowerment by reframing limiting beliefs and celebrating progress.

Learning Objectives

  1. Build and strengthen networks that support career advancement and personal growth.

  1. Identify and engage mentors who align with professional goals and can provide valuable guidance.

  1. Apply job crafting strategies to reshape current roles for greater fulfillment and alignment.
