Presenters:

Regina Clewlow, Managing Director and Co-Founder, Populus/IPS Group, Inc.  Dr. Regina Clewlow, CEO and Co-Founder of Populus, brings over 20 years of experience in data standards, technology innovation, and curb and mobility management policy. She has led strategic initiatives for cities including Miami, Seattle, Oakland, and San Francisco, translating curb regulations into the Curb Data Specification (CDS) and implementing digital commercial vehicle permits. Dr. Clewlow is a founding and active member of the Open Mobility Foundation Strategy Committee and has served on national Transportation Research Board committees shaping mobility data standards and policy. She holds a Ph.D. in Transportation and Energy Systems from MIT.
Eliot Mueting, Director of Solutions Engineering, Populus/IPS Group, Inc.  Eliot is Director of Solutions Engineering at Populus with over a decade of experience delivering curb and mobility data solutions for more than 50 cities and regional agencies. He has led major CDS translation and inventory projects in San Francisco, Oakland, Seattle, and Miami, and is a founding member of the Open Mobility Foundation CDS Steering Committee. Eliot holds a B.A. in Urban Design and Planning from the University of Washington.
