Leadership lessons in action. Trials and errors of leaders are often on display and can have an impact on others. Let’s hear about what our panel of leaders wish they knew when they first started their careers and how that has changed them to be the leader they are now. Join us as our panel of experts reveal their leadership lessons and how their tales can benefit you as a leader, or future leader. Realize your potential to become a stronger, more reliable leader. 

Learning Objectives:

  1.    Discuss common challenges of new leaders and identify specific, concrete ways in which these challenges can be overcome.
    2.    Explore the concepts of authenticity and vulnerability and the important role these play today in servant leadership.
    3.    Identify and discuss contemporary leadership challenges and how seasoned leaders are overcoming these challenges.

Casey Jones, PTMP, Senior Director of Customer Success, Flash

Casey has 30 years of experience where he has served three municipalities, two universities and as a consultant.  Casey is past IPMI chairman and currently serves on board of directors co-leading the Leadership Development.  Casey is founding president of the Pacific Intermountain Parking and Transportation Association, he served on the California Mobility and Parking Association Board of Directors.  Under Casey's leadership CMPA launched its first ever mentor program.

Dr. Perry Eggleston, DPA, PTMP, Executive Director, University of California, Davis

Dr. Perry H Eggleston, DPA PTMP, has over 30 years of experience in the Transportation and Mobility Industry, most recently serving as the Executive Director for the IPMI and CMPA award-winning Transportation Services which continues to invert the campus parking paradigm.  Dr. Eggleston is active in several industry organizations, including as a committee member, conference presenter, and magazine article author with the International Parking and Mobility Association.

Brian Wolff’s career of 36 years in four industries: banking, life sciences, technology and parking. He has been President & CEO of Parker Technology since January 2016, a company recognized for driving improved customer experience and operational efficiency through technology and people. Under his leadership, Parker has grown to serve more than 1,200 facilities in 47 states and Canada. Prior to Parker, Brian co-founded a cloud computing company, Bluelock, which was acquired in 2018.
