Well-balanced in parking operational leadership, field audit and employee development, Vicki is exceptionally qualified to lead implementing Zephire, the only monthly parking solution that makes parking personal, within each client’s organization.

Over 25 years of experience in the parking industry have cross-trained Vicki to meet parking challenges from the inside out. As the key point person in overseeing our clients’ Zephire onboarding, Vicki approaches each project from her foundation of operations, customer service and audit expertise to ensure the Zephire solution succeeds on our clients’ terms, taking into consideration each one’s unique business model and parking portfolio. As a grad of THE Ohio State University, anyone who knows Vicki, knows where to find her every Saturday between September and November (go Bucks!).
