A seasoned parking and mobility industry leader and Director of Customer Experience with over 22 years of experience spanning account services, customer support, sales, and customer experience strategy. A credentialed PTMP (formerly CAPP) and active member in good standing of the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI), I have contributed to multiple committees with IPMI— including the CAPP Test Committee — and continue to serve on DIY committees, bringing a practitioner's perspective to industry development.
Beginning my career as an entry-level manager leveraging SaaS-enabled technology solutions, I have developed a deep passion for customer experience and industry advancement. I played a key role in scaling a company to over $100M in revenue prior to its 2022 acquisition by a publicly traded firm. Reporting to the SVP of Customer Experience, I have served as a trusted industry voice, driving customer retention, growth, product innovation, and strategic partnerships.
Beyond the boardroom, I am a certified L2 CrossFit fitness instructor and a Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting Coach — a reflection of my commitment to discipline, resilience, and leading by example. My background in counseling further shapes my empathetic, collaborative leadership style.
