Melissa D. Yates, PTMP

Melissa D. Yates, PTMP is a parking and mobility professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning municipal government, higher education, and private-sector mobility technology. She has held senior roles including Access and Parking Manager for the City of Boulder, Director of Parking & Transportation Services at the University of Denver, and Interim Director at the University of Colorado Boulder, leading large teams, strategic planning initiatives, and technology modernization programs. Melissa currently serves as a Partner Program Manager in the mobility technology sector, where she focuses on cross-organizational partnerships and integration strategy. She is an active contributor to the industry through board service with PIPTA, multiple IPMI committees, and presentations at the IPMI Annual Conference.
