Maria Irshad, CAPP, MPA is the deputy director for ParkHouston, the agency responsible for on-street parking in the City of Houston. In her role, Maria leads a team of 80 and provides parking policy recommendations to the Mayor’s Office. Maria is past president of the Texas Parking & Transportation Association and the Houston chapter of Women Professionals in Government and was recognized as the 2020 IPMI Industry Professional of the Year.
