Kelly Dixon

Kelly DeBlanc Dixon is the Executive Vice President of Administration & Operations at Global Parking Systems, LLC. She collaborates closely with the Senior Management Team and support staff across the entire network to achieve operational effectiveness. As a certified DBE/ACDBE in multiple cities nationwide, Kelly ensures that Global Parking Systems meets the highest standards and required goals.

Kelly brings 25 years of experience in operations and financial services to her role. She has held various positions in banking, where she managed teams and complex financial operations, and in education, where she developed and implemented administrative strategies to enhance institutional effectiveness. Her diverse background has equipped her with a unique blend of skills in leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kelly is actively involved in community service and professional organizations. Kelly holds a B.S. in Management from Troy University, further solidifying her strong foundation in business and management principles. She currently serves on IPMI's Allyship & Equity Committe, Awards & Recognition Committee, and Conference Program Task Force
