Harry Delgado, Ed.S, PTMP

Harry J Delgado, Ed.S. STMP is the Director of Operations and Security for the New Brunswick Parking Authority (NBPA). In this capacity Mr. Delgado directs, plans, organizes and coordinates all programs, functions, and activities of the New Brunswick Parking Authority to fulfill staffing, training, classification, compensation, and labor relations. In addition, provides leadership as a member of the executive leadership team on an organization-wide and community basis to ensure that public services are provided in alignment with the authority’s strategic objectives. Mr. Delgado is a Certified Public Manager by the New Jersey State Department of Personnel, a Parking, Transportation and Mobility Professional (PTMP), former member of the Education Committee and the Security and Safety Committee of the International Parking Institute (IPMI), and Director of Training for the New Jersey Parking Institute (NJPI).

Mr. Delgado has a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA, a Master of Arts degree (MA) in Human Resource Management and an Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S) in Education Leadership Management policy, Administration and Supervision.
