Gary A. Means, CAPP

Gary Means, CAPP serves as a member of the IPMI Board of Directors and as chair-elect on the Executive Committee. Locally, he serves on several boards/committees including Lexington Area MPO Bike Pedestrian Advisory Committee, Downtown Lexington Partnership, and Town Branch Park Partners. Gary has worked in the parking industry for more than 26 years in both the public and private sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting from Eastern Kentucky University.
