Franc Genoese, Sr. Director of Technical Services, High Concrete Group
As the Sr. Director and founder of StructureCare, Franc leads a team of structural engineers who help clients evaluate, solve, and address maintenance and restoration needs for their parking garages. His passion for problem-solving is fueled by over 35 years of engineering and construction experience and a penchant for continuous learning. Franc first started StructureCare in 2004 and was previously the Director of Engineering and Project Management for StructureCare’s parent company, High Concrete Group. Franc has been called upon to provide technical support in a myriad of problem-solving opportunities related to parking garage design, construction, failure, restoration, and demolition throughout the United States. Professionally, he has served on the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) board of directors and in leadership roles with its Field Safety and Erectors Committees. Most recently, Franc was consulted by the New York Department of State during its development of the parking garage inspection code amendment and currently provides compliance guidance to owners and facility managers. Franc graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
