Carmen is responsible for functional aspects and members of the commercial team, focusing on delivering results aligned with PayByPhone’s overall growth strategy while creating a team that promotes personal and professional growth and development. Nick Mazzenga, Associate, PE, Kimley-Horn & Associates
Nick Mazzenga, P.E., is a parking technology consultant with Kimley-Horn, and serves on IPMI’s Technology Committee. Nick earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and the University of Virginia, respectively. In his free time, Nick enjoys running and spending time with his family and beloved dog, aptly named “Parker.”
