Avoiding Conflict Through Preparation

Conflict…are you ready for it? Through experience, we know it’s inevitable, yet many times we find ourselves feeling blind-sided and surprised when it occurs. How can we be better prepared for the conflict headed our way, and what steps can we take to avoid it in the first place? This session will explore some of the opportunities we have to better prepare and respond to the confrontations we encounter at work.
