• Describe the reasons for making use of Performance Management and when to create a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
• Coach, correct and change undesired behavior when addressing concerns of work performance.
• Recognize the skills and tools to equip leaders to empower, educate and advance their team to excel in their current roles and position them to take on greater responsibilities.
