Description:

Alejandra “Alex” Argudin - "Life at Work is Like a Legos Set: All Blocks are Necessary to Achieve the Bigger Picture"

Professional achievement looks different to each of us, yet no successful individual gets to where they are without collaboration and the support of others along the way. Whether you are on the frontline or in the C-suite of your organization, each member of the team is equally valuable. Our success is built upon a common goal, team effort, and a shared vision of how we achieve our objectives. This session will focus on building upon our strengths, recognizing our challenges and defining the path to expand our skills and professionally prosper.
