Presenter: Tiffany Peebles

Tiffany Peebles is Director of the Parking Authority of River City in Louisville, Ky. She has worked for the parking authority for 24 years. She attributes her success as a leader to her exceptional staff, her focus on employee engagement, and her commitment to superior customer service. Her operations include 15 garages, three surface lots, and 4,800 on-street spaces. Her department recently earned IPMI APO Accreditation with Distinction. Tiffany is a member of various boards and organizations and in her free time, enjoys playing tennis. She loves parking, people, and living with a purpose.

Presenter Terrance Gilmore

Presenter: Terrance Gilmore

Terrance Gilmore is Senior Vice President for the Central East Coast with LAZ Parking. He is based in Philadelphia and oversees the Mid-Atlantic region, which currently includes more than 1,000 employees. He has vast experience in multiple silos, including medical services, hospitality, universities, and large-scale event management. Prior to joining LAZ, Terrance worked for InterPark, Inc. as Market Officer for the Philadelphia region, focusing on asset and yield management. He is involved with multiple civic and corporate associations and is an active member of the Philadelphia Parking Association.
