Mark N. Santos, PTMP, PE

Mark is the Director of Operations for Walker Consultants’ Fort Lauderdale office where his primary responsibilities are business development and project management. His credentials include a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Pennsylvania, Parksmart Advisor, and a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP). He has over 22 years of experience in parking planning, design, and restoration of parking facilities. Mark’s career includes serving as co-chair of the IPMI Planning, Design, and Construction committee (2015-2017), President of the Florida Parking and Transportation Association (2019), and presently as a member of the IPMI Awards of Excellence committee.
