Kurt Stapley

As a student at Arizona State University, I first joined Ace Parking as a valet. After a year I was able to work myself up to a Hotel Operations Manager overseeing multiple locations. Upon graduating from ASU with my Bachelors of Science, I proceed to pursue my Medical Degree. After obtaining my Medical Degree but hitting some roadblocks with a Residency position, I again returned to work for Ace Parking as an Operations Manager. I was quickly assigned to manage the City of Phoenix portfolio which includes the Phoenix Convention Center. As the operation has grown so has my responsibilities. I was promoted as the Director of Operations where I provide a high level view of the City operations but also assist my team with all things parking. From budgeting to contract review and commercial lease reviews to ensure accurate billings, I am heavily involved with the training and mentoring of my team. I am currently serving as a Senior Airport Commercial Administrator for the City & County of Denver at Denver International Airport where I oversee all things parking contract related from the Parking Contractor, to PARCS, PGS.
