Daniel Ciarcia

Dan Ciarcia is a senior regulatory consultant with diverse expertise across clean energy technologies and low-carbon transportation fuels, including electric vehicles, hydrogen, solar, smart grid and energy efficiency, LCFS, and RFS. Dan was integral in the development of the USGBC Parksmart Certification, designed GE's WattStation EV charging products, launched Mueller Systems’ Smart-Grid electric meter hubs, and advised several innovative clean-tech start-ups on product and business development.
