Update the WWU transportation demand management (TDM) plan. Conduct a holistic parking study and TDM plan that outlines what actions WWU should take and how to implement each action. The study will include step-by-step guidance with timelines on implementation for WWU to achieve strategies identified by the scope of work, helping the university meet sustainability goals as well as meeting the transportation need of students, employees and visitors.
