Jim specializes in studies, planning, and managing parking resources and infrastructure. Jim previously served as Senior Director of Real Estate and Economic Development for New Jersey Transit, the third-largest transit agency in the United States. Jim has served as Vice President of The New Brunswick Development Corporation, a non-profit real estate corporation, and Executive Director of the New Brunswick Parking Authority.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the New York State Parking and Transportation Association. Jim shares his experience and expertise in real estate and parking planning to foster greater economic development with a particular focus on transit-oriented development.
