Free Municipal Member Roundtable: Best Practices in Enforcement
Open to all IPMI members from cities and municipalities.
Best Practices in Enforcement: Safety, Technology, and More
Today's enforcement officers have a lot on their plate. Working with patrons (both the courteous and not-so-courteous) requires excellent communication and customer service skills as well as compassion, patience, creativity, and quick thinking -- and that's on a good day. During this roundtable, our moderators will lead participants in a discussion about enforcement, including ways to keep your staff safe, technology that can help them do their jobs more efficiently, and other best practices. Ask questions about your challenges, offer advice to others, or just listen to the discussion - the choice is yours!
