Troy Richter, CAPP, M.S.E., Director of Parking Services; University of Wisconsin, La Crosse
Troy Richter joined the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, Parking Services in 2020 after working in various campus departments since 1994. He serves on several campus committees and was actively involved in the development of the university’s strategic plan. He attributes the success of Parking Services to the dedicated staff, earning his CAPP, utilizing technology, and building strong relationships with campus partners and vendors.
Cristine Paull, Vice President, SP+ GAMEDAY
As the Vice President for SP+ GAMEDAY, a Metropolis company, Cristine is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the GAMEDAY Division. Cristine has led the charge on SP+ GAMEDAY’s most complex events since joining the company in 2003. Cristine has been a critical part of the NFL’s Super Bowl (annually since 2004), leading the transport team since 2008 and managing other special events as they have grown. Cristine has worked in the special events industry for over 25 years. Her skills include overall transportation planning development (venue transportation, bus systems design, signage and wayfinding planning) and operational implementation of major transport programs for SP+ GAMEDAY.
Tyler Reimer, Senior Manager of Parking Operations, Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena
Tyler Reimer has been a part of the sports industry since 2012. In 2018, he joined the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena in the Safety and Security Department. In 2020, he began his transition into the parking aspect of the industry. Through direct collaboration with local stakeholders and industry leadership, he has been able to continually test new initiatives that have directly impacted the strategic development and optimization of the downtown Atlanta parking sector.
Erin Curley, Senior Director, Venue and Derby Operations at Churchill Downs Racetrack
Erin Curley joined the Churchill Downs Racetrack team in 2015 and is currently the Senior Director of Venue and Derby Operations. In her role, she oversees every aspect of Derby Week and live racing throughout the year. In 2024, Churchill Downs welcomed over 350,000 guests through the gates for the seven days leading up to “The Greatest Two Minutes in Sports.”
