Zach Pearce, CAPP

As of April 2024, Zach serves as the Associate Director of Operations with Old Dominion University Transportation & Parking Services in Norfolk, VA, overseeing maintenance, enforcement, special events, and transportation.

Prior to joining ODU, he spent 5 years working at Duke University as its Manager of Event Parking & Transportation and had also served a 2-year stint within the same department as its Special Events Coordinator. These roles involved planning and overseeing small and major event initiatives, including athletic events such as Duke basketball and football, and heavily dealt with managing and supporting daily operations across the department. While at Duke, Zach co-presented on event parking practices at IPMI and the Carolinas Parking & Mobility Association (CPMA) conferences.

Zach also worked with The City of Columbia, SC as the City's first Business Liaison with the Parking Services Division, where he collaborated with community partners to promote access and provide support services throughout Columbia's core business districts. In 2012, he began his career with Lanier Parking Solutions in Richmond, VA as an Assistant Account Manager of several parking garages and lots in the downtown area.
