Scott C. Bauman, CAPP

Scott Bauman, CAPP is an accomplished parking and mobility services professional with nearly 29 years of direct management experience. His diverse leadership in nearly every aspect of parking administration includes arena/stadium event parking, valet, university, convention center, mixed-use facilities, EV charging programs, and municipal operations. Prior to his present appointment, Scott spent almost 9 years as a parking manager with the City & County of Denver. Scott is currently the Manager of Parking & Mobility Services for the City of Aurora, Colorado where he directs all aspects of the city's parking management, enforcement, and mobility programs. Aurora is the third-largest city in the state.
